Online Access TO MEDICAL RECORDS                          

The practice offers patients the facility to view on line information from their medical record relating to medications, problems, test requests, allergies, adverse reactions and vaccinations.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR EMIS ACCESS? 
You must be a fully registered patient and will need a letter from us containing personalised access codes.

Please ensure that you have read the guidance notes that the reception staff will give to you, on registering. This will ensure that you use the system appropriately.

To register your interest for this service you need to come to Reception and ask for Registration for EMIS Access, you will need to show 2 form of ID including photo ID, i.e. passport/driving license.

You will then be issued with a print out of your access codes, registration instructions and booking guidance. Once you have read the instructions and guidance you can connect to the website at any time and register.

HOW DO I GET ONTO EMIS ACCESS?
You can visit this page by clicking on the link from the "Appointments page" of this website or click the link below. Please ensure you click the link for online appointments. The first time you use the site you will be asked to create your account. Here you will need to enter the registration codes given to you by the practice.
