These appointments can be booked in advance by telephone only or by calling into the surgery to speak to a member of our Reception Team. Please telephone 01926 857331, option 4.
You will be asked the clinical reason for your appointment so the correct clinician and time slot is booked.
Home Visits can be booked for urgent medical problems, when you are too ill to leave home, or for housebound patients who never leave home and have chronic conditions that require monitoring.
Whenever possible, please request a visit before 10.30am
The receptionist will take a contact number and book a telephone call back with an appropriate doctor. Once you have spoken with the doctor on the telephone, if a visit is required, arrangements will be made during this phone call.
Visits are carried out by most of our doctors who will prioritise the visits on clinical grounds, seeing the most urgent cases first.
Please note visits should not be requested because you have no means of transport to the surgery.
Blood Test Forms
When your clinician indicates a blood test is necessary, they will generate a blood form on your medical records which will be printed on the day of your appointment.
If you have a chronic disease invitation letter, you can book your blood test without a form
