Text message service

We have started to use text messages to contact you about making appointments, if you wish to "opt out" of this service, please let us know.

When Castle Medical Centre is closed

In the first instance, call the main surgery number on 01926 857331 and you will be advised who to call.

These are the "Out of Hours" numbers...

Depending on the time of day, you will get to speak to a doctor or nurse and help you get urgent care quickly.  You may be offered telephone advice, given at appointment to be seen at the surgery or GP centre based at Warwick Hospital, or arrange a visit, whichever is clinically appropriate.  All calls will be recorded for medico-legal reasons.

6.30pm Friday - 8.00am Monday

8.00am - 8a.00m

Any Bank Holiday

Chest pains and or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Please DON’T just turn up at hospital and expect to be seen. You will have to wait hours which will be very inconvenient for you and is not a short cut through the system. Please use the information above for a much safer and more helpful option for both you and to help the NHS meet your needs.
