Practice Management

Gabby Harris & Kimberley Dodd (f)Gabby Harris & Kimberley Dodd (f)

Mrs Harris and Mrs Dodd have both been employed at the practice since 1989. They job share the practice management role and are responsible for all aspects of running a very busy practice. They both have a Masters Degree in Primary Health Care Management.


Secretary (Michelle Hart ) (f)

We have two secretaries who are responsible for processing all outgoing NHS and private referrals. If you wish to speak to them directly, please choose option 5 on the telephone system.

Administration Staff (Vicky Bond, Liz Egginton & ) (f)

The administrative staff have the responsibility for processing practice claims,summarising new patient records, entering clinical data received from other healthcare providers, overseeing registrations and dealing with temporary resident administration. They also ensure that patient records are accurate and they send recall letters to patients for chronic disease annual reviews and support the Practice Managers.

Lesley is our Reception Manager. Her role is to support the reception team and to help our patients if there are any concerns or comments regarding the practice.

Reception Team

The reception staff will assist you in making any appointments, process repeat prescriptions, answer numerous questions and offer help and assistance at all times. They are also responsible for distributing the incoming mail and scanning all patient correspondence onto the practice computer. Press option 4 on the telephone system, to speak to the reception staff. It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patients' records is maintained at the highest level by all staff.
