We have been using emails to communicate much more during the Covid-19 pandemic. If you need to email us, please use the following email address:
If we send you a reply with personal information, we will send it securely. You will need to create an Egress account to open it (you will only need to do this once). We have devised some instructions to help you do this. Once you have created your account, you can access all future emails from us by entering your user name and password.
Remember there are lots of scams going around so if you have any queries about the email you have received from us, please get in touch

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
