South Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group

South Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group

Best Health for Everyone

Background

The NHS is experiencing one of the biggest changes in its history. Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) have been created to become the new local commissioning bodies and in South Warwickshire CCG we do not want our population to be disadvantaged by changes in organisation – we want to maintain stability in order to benefit patients.

NHS Warwickshire had a plan to deliver best health for everyone. We support that vision and want to develop the work that has been done in the past to achieve best health for the people of South Warwickshire.

Together with our members, patients and partners, we want to build on the vision of best health for everyone, whilst giving it a South Warwickshire flavour and a clinical focus.

Evolving the work that has gone before, we are asking for the views of our practices, partners and patients on four strategic goals – asking them what success in these four areas looks like and what local work streams need to be prioritised in these areas.

We have also developed new values to reflect our new organisation. These values reflect what our practices think is important but we’d like to understand whether these values also resonate with our partners and patients.

We cannot achieve best health for everyone alone – we need the help and support of the organisations and population of South Warwickshire and we value their involvement from the very beginning.

Our Vision
