The surgery is open at the following times



Castle Medical Centre  - 8.00am - 6.30pm *

GP+ HUB                      - 6.30pm - 9.00pm (pre-booked only)

GP+ HUB                      - 6.30pm - 9.00pm (pre-booked only)

Thursday:Castle Medical Centre - 8.00am - 6.30pm

GP+ HUB                      - 6.30pm - 9.00pm (pre-booked only)

Please note: from 4.30pm the surgery only takes urgent telephone calls - please call the Surgery Number (follow the instructions and one of the practice's doctors will be bleeped and they will contact you)


Castle Medical Centre - 9.00am - 12.00pm

All urgent problems will be dealt with by the Out of Hours Service

The GP+ HUB is open from 6.30pm - 9.00pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday & Saturday

Although the phone lines are closed on a Friday afternoon from 4.30pm for routine appointments,  one of the practice doctors is always available for urgent medical advice and will see you at the surgery as needed.

Outside of the above hours the surgery telephone lines are diverted to an answer phone. You will be given a number (NHS Warwickshire OOH or the Doctor's answering service). They will take your details and arrange for somebody to speak / see you. You may have to visit the Out Of Hours Centre at Warwick Hospital. Further details can be found on the 'Out of Hours' tab on the right hand side of this page.
