Patient Group Meeting Minutes – 20th May 2026

Attendees: Dr Clare Stoddart (Clinical Partner), Kim Dodd (Practice Manager & Non Clinical Partner), Chloe Herbert (Deputy Practice Manager), Annabel Lawrence (Operations & Safeguarding), AM, FW, BW, BP, JB.

Discussion Points

• Agreed to carry out patient survey, and pilot questionnaire.
• Aim to complete the first draft of the Patient Group questionnaire by the end of June.
• Questionnaire to be discussed with the Patient Group for feedback at the next meeting.
• Next meeting planned for early July.
• Social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to be used for engagement.
• Discussed identifying and targeting specific patient groups.
• Emphasis placed on only asking survey questions where changes can realistically be made as a result of feedback.

Actions Agreed

1. Draft Patient Group questionnaire by end of June.
2. Identify target patient groups for engagement.
3. Use Facebook and Instagram to promote participation.
4. Prepare questionnaire for discussion at the next meeting in early July
